About a few years ago, it seems like everybody was fascinated with the idea of gym membership and working out. It was an idea that turned into weekly routine – with sports like futsal followed by gym four times a week and swimming at every chance possible 공공기관 서식한글 프로그램 다운로드. Unfortunately, my sports shoes are collecting dust in the store room lately and my ‘ripped’ friends are growing food baby each day. Therefore, when I received the news that Nike malaysia has opened the registration for Nike City10K Kuala Lumpur, an event that celebrates the athletics of running through the streets of Kuala Lumpur, I immediately called up my friends for a second chance in getting back into shape. 

The aim of the event is to gather young passionate runners from all over the city, and is also one of Nike’s commitment to support the growing young running community 파워포인트 서식. Nike City 10K is targeting 10,000 runners with more than 6,000 of the participants falling in the Under-25 category. Race registrants get two options, to sign up for a 5km or 10km route. 

To speak on a bigger scale, the Nike City 10K is a global event that will be hosted by 22 countries across the globe –  with Malaysia and Singapore being representatives for South East Asia. 

And although Independence day for both countries has passed, this will be a chance for participants to compete with the motivation of nation pride and a chance to win USD30,000 for local charity Hope Malaysia and as for Singapore, it will go to the Singapore Children’s Society 말꼬리 다운로드.

The physical race will take place in both cities in the month of October.  The Nike City 10K flags off in Kuala Lumpur on 10th October and the Singapore race is slated for 24th October 2010 다 번역 성경 찬송 다운로드.

Registration for the Nike City 10K is currently open and runners can sign up for either the Open category (Men / Women) or Under 25 category (Men / Women) 노무현입니다 다운로드. Young runners can also sign up for the School category – which is open to students from secondary schools, colleges and universities. The registration fee is RM10 (for runners 24 years and below) and RM50 (for runners 25 years and above) and this includes a Nike City 10K race t-shirt with a pre-printed number bib and a finisher’s award for all participants who complete the race Download the Hobbit Unexpected Journey.

Nike Malaysia will also be assisting in pre-marathon training, a series of training runs for young runners to train together for the Nike City 10K Kuala Lumpur 피파 온라인 3 게임.
