Adding to the list of stores in Hong Kong, Jimmy Choo introduces the new concept of a dual gender store specifically in the shopping capital of Asia. For decades the brand has been synonymous with luxury footwear for women, however the experimental new move of introducing men’s footwear has been greatly successful and equally well received.
Located in Hong Kong Elements, the boutique houses the latest collections under one single retail environment; an emporium that carries everything from beautifully crafted shoes for the ladies to casual and formal footwear for men. Carrying the latest Spring Summer 2012 collection, this line in nothing short of elegantly classic with just enough edge.
Part of this season’s Justine collection, this gorgeously exotic hand-painted python clutch is definitely a must have. With hints of peach and tangerine, this textured fold-over bag dons the perfect palette that is both pretty and appropriate for summer’s hot weather. Its sleek design of leather trim and polished hardware certainly evokes a sense of glamour and style.
As featured in Jimmy Choo’s Spring Summer Ad Campaign, Letitia is a 5.5 inch multi-toned tangerine heel that is a delicious sight for sore eyes. Constructed from suede, leather and rubber sole, this Italian-made beauty is equipped with straps and double buckle closures that brazenly accentuates the ankle and front of the foot.
The Cheyne is a modern take on classic boat shoes that features a denim upper, crocodile leather accents and sporty orange laces. Polished yet casual, these shoes are the epitome of British style with luxurious Italian craftsmanship. With summer just around the corner, the Cheyne are the perfect companion for an impromptu Sunday picnic or a sunny afternoon ride on a yacht (if you’re lucky enough to own one!).
The Belgravia are slick yet unpretentious high tops that certainly does not compromise Jimmy Choo’s renowned vision of aesthetics and luxury. With it’s minimal design of black patterned leather, suede trims, and grey tint soles, these Italian-made sneakers have a urban appeal that has made a splash in the street fashion world.
While Malaysia unfortunately does not carry the mens shoe collection here, the womenswear line is available in stores now.
