Playing Stylist: High Waisted
This week, I styled my bestie in different types of high-waisted bottoms and got her to pose for the camera. Personally, I love high waisted bottoms because it hugs the waist and hip area -thus creating an hourglass illusion for most. It's also a quick way to "prim" up an outfit without having to have a belt to do the trick. Enjoy!
Playing Stylist: Striped Tee
This week for Playing Stylist, I used a horizontal striped tee as my focus and changed it up in five different layering styles. Since horizontal stripes tend to make you look broader, here I've used the trick of having either a lighter coloured bottom or one that balances out the bottom half of my body. Hope you like it...

Hello, I'm playing stylist for the first time this week! Yippee yahoo! There's this grey sequined tank I got from Platinum Mall (Bangkok) for a steal of RM5 that I always wear when I feel especially party-hyped (disco ball anyone?) or sparkly like a fairy. Here are five looks I pulled out from the same cheapo tank. P.S. Don't mind the horrid bathroom pictures; I couldn't find anyone to shoot me!

Sequence Fashion Show
Last month, a little fashion show was staged at Urbanattic featuring three online boutiques - Bunny Noo, Blushberry and Sexxay Clothes @ Sexxay Prices. They came out of the browsers and on to a makeshift runway to a fairly small audience. I posted about this a month ago, but grr, it got lost, so here's a very very late review. Sorry!
Estee Lauder Model Search 2009
I just got back from the Estee Lauder Model Search press event at Mid Valley to get an inside peek into the workings of this year's competition. With prizes like an all-expense paid photography shoot and spa treatment at Tanjong Jaya Resort and RM35,000 worth of prizes to take home; the best thing about this competition is there are no holds barred when it comes to age.
