Trend Talk Tuesdays: Slogan Tees
Slogan tees were so cool a few years back when it was customary to display a funny message written across your t-shirt. The trend died down for many years as the generation which grew up with them slowly grew older, and the more classy fashionable set declared them uncool – who wants to go around with words all over your chest, advertising a brand? But hey, it looks like the trend is back in full-swing again! What do you think, witty or tacky?

Collision Theory
T-shirts are the epitome of wearing your personality on your sleeve, whilst remaining in trend (depending on how you style it), and keeping casual. If you agree with me, I'd like to introduce you to collisiontheory, a T-shirt brand by graphic and web designer AJ Dimarucot, and DJ/graffiti artist Arvin Nogueras.

Thread Around In Style
When it comes to fashion, tees and t-shirts are probably the last items in your closet to be considered as fashion statements. Surprisingly, they have been in style for over a 100 years and in the 21st Century, they’ve been making a huge comeback. Big, loose-fitting, shapeless t-shirts? Definitely not! That’s fashion suicide. Think Marc by Marc Jacobs tees or American Apparel. Comfy yet chic with a background of thought and/or design.
