We've just seen the nominations for the 2009 Martell VSOP Rising Personalities Award and we couldn't help but notice two familiar names whom we've highlighted before. The third installation of the annual Martell Awards, it highlights 10 people who've proved their worth in their field or industry. Who did we spot? None other than Tan Sze Yoong of Sze Accessories and Teresa Thian of Gallo!
