This weekend might just see the most number of independant flea markets and fashion junk sales happening within the same two days in the history of KL's underground fashion scene. Take your pick and go mad.
Saturday : 17th January: 10am to 5pm
Pick & Grab 2 @ Hartamas Square, Sri Hartamas
Organized by vintage lovers Lah'Lah'Land, this will be their second flea market after the success of their first one in November 2008.
Saturday - Sunday : 17th - 18th January: 11am to 6pm
Absolute Bazaar @ 3K Inn Hotel
Absolute Bazaar is holding their second flea market tomorrow. We heard some really good comments about their first flea market, so look forward to cheap clothes, shoes and accessories targeted at shopaholics.

Show Pink Junkyard Sale @ Bombshell Boutique Salon
With their last fashion junkyard sale taking place just last month, Show Pink returns rather quickly with a Chinese New Year special.

Lapsap CNY Junkyard Sale @ Palate Palette
Besides buying BBQ with Funny Munny and vintage and new stuff for cheap, the Lapsap duo will also be launching their new tees in 3 colours (white, red, black). Join their FB group here and view a TiC post on past Lapsap Junkyard Sale.

Cheongsam & Cocktails @ Marketplace
Paragon Events and Doppelganger collaborate to bring you an all-day event that allows you to party while you shop. Acoustic performances will take place till 8pm, and LUSH DJs take over from then on. Bijou Bazaar has backed out and is not involved anymore, but we hear that another flea market giant might be stepping in to take over. We'll keep you updated ;)
