For those of you who do not know of Madame Ingrid Millet, she was a French cosmetologist who made a breakthrough in 1959 by discovering and becoming the first person to use plant cellular extracts in cosmetics as a mean to combat ageing skin and also have a remarkable rejuvenating effect on the skin. Soon after, more research led her to the creation of Caviar Complex skincare, which also became a huge success.

Ingrid Millet‘s line of make up is specially created and promises to deliver radiant skin and sparkling eyes. Launched in Malaysia, the range includes the Perle De Caviar foundations and mascara.

For a perfect complexion throughout the whole day, the foundations are rich in the combination of high tech pigments and effective ingredients to give you the finishing end with a wonderful texture. The mascara is packed in with rich active ingredients with a high definition brush for separating individual lashes and to give maximum volume.

Available from this January 2009, it retails from RM178 onwards.
