Streetsnaps In Singapore
Thanks for the heads up from incocobox via our chatterbox, TiC stumbled upon this upcoming street style blog based in Singapore. With their first entry dated 19th July 2008, they have since been featured on The Straits Times and Female Singapore! Pretty fast for a relatively new blog, I might say!
Often referred to as ‘The Sartorialist of Singapore’, Streetsnaps isn’t just a one-man-show. Instead, they are made up of 7 official photographers who come together for the love of street fashion. They are: lookard, ra1nforest, slamcity, stop_droproll, textmatrix, thequondam and lohjiahao.
The unique thing about Streetsnaps is that they have little quirky questionnaires for fashionable people to fill up. There is the occasional random question at the end of questionnaires; like asking you to doodle a picture of yourself, getting to know your personal views, picking a preference, and so on.
Currently, the pics posted in the blog are restricted to the administrators. If you would like to contribute a pic or two, I’m sure they’ll be happy to receive it!

“First off, when I initially created this community, I wanted to do something different. If everyone is allowed to post, then it would be of no difference to runwaycity. What we want to achieve is actually the exclusiveness of Streesnaps and to make people go "Wow, I'm on Streetsnaps!" or "Wow, I want to be like them!".
