So Who Won The Reebok Freestyles?!
Tongue in Chic x Reebok held a month-long contest to give away 12 pairs of Reeboks, and we've selected the winners!
Contest #1: TiC Blog
Based on three pictures given, TiC readers were to pick the picture of the pair they wanted most, and write how they'd rock up in them. We received entries in the form of pleas, poems and even a rap!

Goodness! I can't stop looking at all of them. You guys even have Aggie's which isn't even released yet. The taxi/new york theme's striking, but I cannot get enough of the first picture. The clashing colours on the plain canvas come together wonderfully, and I really love the petal detailling bit, different in both shoes! Give me the shoes! (I don't mind all 3 pairs actually :P) I'll wear it everywhere; Reeboks are comfotable and durable even put in the worst situations (from experience). I'll need something to last me a long time (and my feet too) when I go for my little shopping adventures across cities or abroad. I travel to shop and I need a companion. Number 1's my choice :)

Picture 2. Too accident scene.

Which is why I LOVE Picture 1!! I'm really liking the pop colours. I remember seeing a picture of Gemma Ward in a pair of Nike high tops with the same shade of blue and yellow on a white body (the shoe. Not Gemma Ward). And ever since then, I've really wanted a pair of high tops with those colours! But hard to find la. Even in Bangkok with their far superior collection for sneakerheads.
For a night out (or whatever), I'd wear this sequined beret that I saw in Topshop (still wondering if I should get it cause MYR72 is pretty steep for a stupid hat!) with my latex body con dress. And a little bit of the requisite bling. Simple but it'll do cause I'm gonna let the shoes do the talking.
Where would I wear them to? ANYWHERE.
What would I do? ANYTHING.
I just wanna make the boyfriend jealous.

Well, Tongue-in-Chic, this is exactly how I would ROCK the sneaker in picture 1. If you give 'em to me, I will not only work the look, I will kill it. Only for the dangerously stylish - you will not regret giving those Reebok's to me. More than just a sneaker…. This is what I call ART!

well well...i would love to ROCKS everything with the shoe, every street wears were best matching with them! from shorts to long pants, singlet to jacket~ anything!!
althought our country doesnt have 4 seasons...im still love to welcome the winter~ with the shoe, wearing a sleeveless buttoned shirt with an uneven-long knitted jacket on the outside,pair of skinny jeans, bags should be any type but must be a big one~ with or without a hat/cap~ accesories? nah~ the shoe will be the main accesories ~the whole colour match with the shoes are important! GO FUNKY WITH SHARP COLOUR MATCHING- GO COOL WITH A LITTLE GRAYSTYLE- whatever it be, the shoe ROCKS A LOT in ANY STYLE!! it's making me feel like on the stage! YEAH!

It's a Friday night-- party girls don't sleep, so I'd pair this baby (the Reebok shoes) with a thigh-grazing black sequined bandage dress to keep the top half rock'n'roll ala Balmain FW08, capsuled with a bad-ass noir leather jacket to further sexify the ensemble and finally, the ever-essential nerd glasses to contradict obvious elements. Big, dork-inclusive glasses! This winning ensemble should only experience first class party scenes-- I'd take these kicks for a tour in the renowned club Les Deux no less. What's a girl to do in these electric kicks? I'd be rocking the dancefloor to the likes of MGMT, the Kills, the Virgins, CSS & Santogold all night with Mark from the Cobra Snake lighting the room with flash in my face all throughout the a.m hours. And obviously being the envy of every lass (and lads) with my arty shoes moving to the beat gloriously. You know, in an alternate universe. :) In real life, however-- I'd take these precious babies with me anytime I go for a chill out coffee session at Telawi Street, or when perusing the racks of clothes at One Utama (and not go to clubs, because I'm underaged) with a slouchy semi-neon fuschia dress under my black leather jacket, topped off with my sequined beanie, my dorky glasses and embracing them naked legs with Reebok shoes on the feet. Or tucking in PVC leggings for it to mold with the shoe with a wet-look t-shirt and studded bangles for a night out with the boys. All while making everyone going completely insane with jealousy.

Description: I spend most of my time at university during the day and fill with my own activities at night. My day starts from 8am class til 11pm. My daily activities would be attending classes during the day, studying at the library in the evening and meeting up friends for a dinner, catch a night movie with my boy or joining a late night study group.
