Hi Ashley,

That's some thick sheet you need! After googling furiously, I found this Ebay store selling a bunch of higher gauge sheets but they've got a 10g for US$45 and a 12g for US$37.50 (all before shipping charges).

I'm not sure what kind of leather you need but I found an online retailer based in Texas that has a diverse range of products. It's not particularly cheap - full-grain rawhide is US149.99, garment kidskin is US$3.99 per sq. ft, and the garment deerskin is US$6.45 sq. ft.

Check this link for normal leather for tooling (fairly thick and robust quality)

This is leather for garments (more supple):

I hope this helped you ;)

Hi Ashley,

There is a 925 silver wholesaler on Petaling Street. They're mostly known for silver jewelry wholesale, but they may have it and if not, may be able to point you in the direction of the metal sheet. It's at the end of Petaling Street, towards Nanyang Art Supplies store end.

For leather sheets... hmm.. in KL I don't know. But in Penang along Lebuh Carnavon and Lebuh Campbell there are leather workers who sell em'.

Also big crafts store Multifilla has leather sheets, although probably not a wide range. Their store is in Balakong, but worth a visit.

Hope this helps.
