Lancôme Maquicake UV Infinité is a compact foundation that’s silky and light to give you long-lasting velvety, translucent complexion. Thanks to Lancôme who invited TiC to witness the amazing properties of the product at an informative demonstration by make-up artist Zamri Zainol.
Conducted a lot like science experiements at school, Lancôme came up with 2 simple tests to demonstrate the qualities of Maquicake.
The Light As Air experiment highlights the reason why this compact foundation is suitable for the hot climates of Asia. When the Maquicake compact is scraped off and stirred into water, the powder floated even when wet. Hence, its light texture forms a soft veil over your skin to give you translucent coverage.

The Anti-Sweat Experiment proved Lancôme Maquicake UV Infinité’s anti-sweat and “shine-catchers” properties. When left in water, the compact remained dry when removed. It was pretty amazing, there wasn't a hint of moisture on the compact, even after being left in the container for 15 minutes! Just goes to prove its resistance against sweat and humidity.
