Trend Talk Tuesdays: Puffy Skirts
In these penny-pinching days, one thing to look out for when selecting pieces to upgrade your spring/summer wardrobe is longevity and versatility - something that can bring me from day to night with ease! I’ve always been a believer in investing in basic key pieces that you can wear anywhere, so I’m glad that the puffy skirt is back for spring/summer 2010!

I’m all about the short puffy skirt trend which is all ablaze on the runways now. I’ve always adored full skirts anyway, but there’s something whimsical and adorable about short puffy skirts that you can wear anywhere – to work, coffee with the girls, or even a clubbing night out (it’s the party season after all).

I could continue rambling on about the cuteness of this little puffy wonder, but instead, I decided to try something new and play around with Polyvore to see how we can take this baby from daytime casual chic to night time glitzy glam!
