I wash my face with water from rinsing out uncooked rice. It helps keeps my skin supple.Sometimes while the rice is cooking, I take some of the boiling water and use it after it has cooled as a mask. You can add lemon juice or tamarind pulp to this water to heal pimples.;) butterbrownie@hotmail.com

I use yogurt mix with oats as a mask. It is really effective especially for oily skin thus my face feels really soft after that.

this may sound disgusting but it works for me.
i use toothpaste as a substitute for acne cream to dry out a nasty pimple.

don't recommend anyone with sensitive skin to try this.

before make up, use fresh milk to wash face as milk contains withening purposes. Try to use up to 5 days and see the differences. Follow steps as below:
1. Use normal facial foams to wash away dirts.
2. Put suitable amount of milk into the basin, use the towel stained with milk (do not dry of the towels).
3. Gently apply on the faces, repeatedly about 5 ~ 6 times
4. Let milk on the face deposited 3 minutes, then rinse with water can be.

a)for effective dandruff removal, i cut up half a lemon/lime n rub it on parts of my scalp that i have dandruff n than i wash it off with shampoo.

b)at nite, after putting on my daily night skincare routine, i layer on a very thin layer of aloe vera gel on top. it acts like a sleep on mask for me, as it protects my skin from dust, dirt, etc and it also makes my skin super soft the next morning. It also helps to keep zits at bay and even my old pimple scars are missing now.

Aloe Vera is the perfect solution to all your scars and wounds, it helps to heal and gives a rejuvenating feeling when applied onto wounds/scars. Just break it into half and use the liquid to apply!

Olive Oil is all you need for your beauty fix.

For Skin
Apply virgin olive oil on your knees, elbows and heels to help healing the dryness, leave the skin smooth, soft and shining.

For Hair
Mix 1 avocado with 3-4 table spoons olive oil, 1 yolk of egg together and use this mixture to mask your wet hair about 20 minute...s. Then wash off and use shampoo like normal.

For Nail
Before going to bed, use 1 table spoon olive oil to rub your hands for 15 minutes. Then wash off and rinse. This would result in stronger and shinning nail.

For Make-up Remover
Use 2 drops of olive oil on cotton pads to remove the make-up on your face. Follow by through cleansing with your cleanser.

here some tips.hope it help.

stray nose hair - Snip them off with a pair of trimmers or pull these offenders off with a pair of tweezers for a more permanent solution. You’d be surprised how noticeable they can be even under dim candle lights!

puffy eyes - It is cucumber to the rescue. Place one slice on each eye and leave it for 15 minutes. Don’t fret if you ran out on them, most eye creams work just as well if combined with a good eye massage.

How to apply toner?

step 1: Soak a facial cotton with a toner that suits your skin condition and wipe your face gently with the cotton. There are some dust on our face even we just washed it.So, this step helps to remove the dust particles.

step 2: Pat your face lightly with the other side of the facial cotton to lock in the goodness of the toner.

step 3: Cover your face with your palms for a few seconds for better absorption.
Tadaa, now you have clean and fresh skin before moving on to next step of skincare.

Take two cotton balls and soak in ice-cold milk and place on closed eyes for 10 minutes. Now relax completely. Now place these balls on your closed eyes. After ten minutes take out the balls and wash your eyes with cold water.

I use brown sugar and lemon as a scrub for dry skin around my feet and arms. It really works to scrub away the dry skin and makes your skin smooth.
