Closet Copycat: Kristen Stewart
Apparently, the Twilight-craze is still hitting us hard and it's not just the vampires and werewolves that have caught our attention but the mere mortals as well. Off screen, Kristen Stewart - the new It-girl, transforms into punk rock chic rather than the usual designer fashionista that every up-and-coming actresses are today.
With her acting career starting while she was at the tender age of 8, Kristen only landed a major role in "Panic Room" when she was 12. After Panic Room's success, she landed another role in "Cold Creek Manor " a year after Panic Room. In 2005, Kristen starred in the adventurous "Zathura" as an irresponsible older sister who don't really care about what's going on with her 2 younger brothers. The movie received praise much praise, but Kristen's performance did not garner much media attention. No wonder she was given a role without any siblings in her biggest role (yet) as Bella Swan.
As one of the new It-girl around, you have got to be original and have your own style. Kristen's style is very grunge-y and messy but when she's all primmed up for photoshoots and events, Kristen maintains her grunge look but at the same time keeps it simple and glam.

A more androgynous look from Kristen, she keeps thing minimal with a monochrome colored outfit but she adds a little details to her simple outfit with a printed scarf and striped top.

As for the more feminine look that Kristen pulls off effortlessly, she paired her tweed-like dress with a hooded leather jacket and kept it simple with a pair of pointed toe pumps. She probably borrowed from a certain vampire boyfriend's watch to complete her look.

Kristen's style has not only amaze us - that along with her acting skills, Kristen has also been casted to play the legendary rock goddess, Joan Jett in "The Runaways", a biographical film based on the band.
Whether it's Bella or Joan or Kristen, we are definitely digging her style! As a matter of fact, the TiC team are going to catch New Moon together sometime this week and maybe we can dress up as Bella in hope to see some Jacobs there! *wink*
