In our previous Multicolour Eye Makeup Tutorial, our reader, Lisha, left a comment lamenting the lack of colourful eye makeup for people with single eyelids. Well, pick up your sponges and dust off your brushes because under the guidance of Mary Tan everyone, both mono and double eyelidded, can enjoy colourful eyes!
Hailing from Singapore but truly a citizen of the world, Mary Tan has travelled far and wide including a previous 4 year stint at Texas, USA and her current base, Sydney, Australia. Throughout all these countries she has travelled to, she always proudly showcases an innate ingredient of her heritage - the Asian eyes, otherwise known as mono or single eyelids.
Although many Korean popstars would disagree with this belief, to Mary, single eyelids are a source of pride and the manner in which she decorates her peepers is a testament to the fact that monolids are at no disadvantage when it comes to makeup.
