Now you already know that there'll be a variety of tunes for some great earcandy. While your ears are being entertained, keep your hands busy with the great activities that are being conducted on-ground.

If you've ever fancied yourself a fan or even champion of the DIY handmade spirit, you definitely do not want to miss out on the customization booths at the YOUREKA! Finale Party by Yahoo. There will be three main DIY customization booths featuring local designers who will share their knowledge in reconstructing and reusing conventional material:

#1. Kitsch by Ellie

Add some spice to a t-shirt/jeans outift combo by  incorporating your personal stamp and flavour to the tee. With the instruction of Eleanor Ng, mastermind behind the Bangsar label, Kitsch by Ellie, you can be sure that your DIY exploits will result in an ultra fab and not ridiculously flat tee-shirt.

#2. Justin Yap

Get your hands down and dirty with some DIY accessory making with Justin Yap. Justin is also one of the five regional accessory designers who have been put in the spotlight and his specially designed piece will be given away next week so make sure you keep a look out for it!

#3. They Art Studio

Providing a helpful tutorial on how to customize integral accessories like shoes and clothes will be Malaysian graffiti artist, They of They Art Studio. They's work has been recognized by the National Art Gallery and it's probably safe to say that who you're dealing with here, will be a bonafide pro.

On that night local DIY eco-warriors, Closet Crafty and Eightyfourcube, will be setting up stall selling their unique items of love and art to the public. The spirit of indie handmade goodness is kept alive with these two brands right here. Also at the event are other demos and art/fashion/design vendors.

Although this event is invite-only, getting an entrance pass is simply too easy! While you are surfing the Internet, make sure you stop by youreka.com.my or any Yahoo! Malaysia sites. Put on your Sherlock Holmes thinking cap and hunt down a green tag at the site and this will allow you entry to the event on the 25th. If you're having absolutely no luck finding a green tag, don't fret for you merely need to head to a bookstore and purchase a November issue of Junk. The free Yahoo stencil also doubles as an entrance pass on that day (admits 1 only).
