Hada Labo Skincare Range (KL)

Filed In News by karen wong | Comments: 14 | Views: 4317

Strong acids in beauty ingredients can strip our face off moisture and goodness, that's why Hada Labo, a new skincare range that uses only the purest of ingredients is meant to be good for it. WIth a maxim of 'Perfect X Simple', Hada Labo aims to be the perfect solution to great and healthy skin.

A joint collaboration between Mentholatum Co in the USA and Rohto Phamaceutical Co. in Japan, Haba Labo uses the most up-to-date technology in creating a a skincare range that uses pure ingredients and none of the unnecessary additives.

The 'perfect' in the company's maxim of 'Perfect X Simple' actually refers to the three main ingredients that ground their skincare range;  Alpha  Hydroxy Acid/Beta Hydroxy Acid (AHA/BHA), Arbutin and Super Hyaluronic Acid. These three natural essential ingredients are added in their skincare range to maximise the benefit effects on our body.

Arbutin is an extract from the bearberry plant that has whitening properties. Hence, the Hada Labo Arbutin Whitening series is created to achieve a fairer complexion.

Alpha Hydroxy Acid and Beta Hydroxy Acid, on the other hand, is a key feature in egg whites, and if you're familiar with homemade masks, you'll know how effective it can be! The Hada Labo AHA/BHA series uses the elements of an unshelled egg to create smoother, clearer and radiant skin.

Meanwhile, Super Hyaluronic Acid is found in our body tissue and is an integral part in maintaining body moisture. The Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing range from Hada Labo has twice the moisture retention capacity to ensure a smoother and well-nourished skin.

During the presentation, attendees were invited to test the moisture of their skin before and after using their star product, the Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion, and I must say, those at my table were all blown away by the collective improvement of all!

Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion, the No. 1 face lotion in Japan

All their products are fragrance free, colourant free, mineral oil free and made from mid-acidity, the same pH level as human skin.

Hada Labo skincare products is available from November onwards at all Guardian pharmacies and it is priced between RM16.90 to RM59.90.

Great to know this brand of skin care available in Malaysia soon and most importantly, the price is affordable. I have sensitive skin and this skin care should be suitable for me as it is fragrance free , colorant free and mineral oil free. It is much better if it is also alcohol free . It is alcohol free too ?

I'm not completely sure if it is alcohol free but I have really sensitive skin too and it seems to be working just fine too!

I'm currently using the Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion and I personally think its great for oily skin. It not heavy at all, in fact it's like hydrating your mien with water... ok gosh, now I sound like I'm a Hada Labo sales rep...

Hey Fara, since we don't have personal experience using the BHA&AHA product, it'd be hard for us to recommend it to anyone. Perhaps head down to Guardian one of these days cause I think they should be launching there soon?

And the Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Gel (which I'm using) has a milky texture but absorbs quickly upon application. It retains and gives moisture quite well!
