A pair of uber cool sneakers is just what we need sometimes to complete our outfit. A sure comfort from our usual dosage of heels, it’s a good thing that there is always a funky new pair launched for women.
Just two weeks ago, Nike came up with the Nike Terminator Low for Women, which follows the success of the previous year’s Summer 3 part Rock N Roll Pack (aka Metallic Pack).
True to its name, the "Terminator” features metallic studs embedded on its heel tab, as well as on tongue and lace tab front, and bears the Nike logo in large Gothic fonts.
And if you’re a genuine rocker, be thrilled that this pair comes with a metal guitar pick.
If you’re not that much of a rock chick, then perhaps the new Reebok Freestyle Nostalgia is the pair for you. Who can forget the ever popular white leather Reebok Freestyle which made headways to all sneaker fans and non-fans alike?
Now introduced in bold yellow, pink and purple; also look out for the translucent heel/toe cap on the midsole.
The new Freestyle Nostalgia also features an upper finished mainly in suede with leather accents. These limited-edition ladies sneaker pack should be out in time for summer so do keep a lookout.
Personally, I'd go for the Nikes - as the white kicks would prove easier to mix and match, and the rocking studs have won me over. However, the Freestyle Nostalgia is not half bad either for a pop of colour. Take your pick :)
