BCBG Max Azria Fashion Preview
Last week, I went for a BCBG Max Azria fashion preview hosted at Pavilion, specially for media and friends. It was held at the store itself, and had an extremely modest and cosy guest list.
I was one of the first to arrive (something I admit rarely happens!), so I took the opportunity to snap a little here and there.
After taking in the sorbet displays, I took my seat in clear view of the runway platform, and anticipated the imminent showcase - I always picture BCBG as the epitome of Spring fashion (defined by wearable, breezy and feminine designs).
So it surprised me to see so much bold pops of colour in the collection as I was expecting muted ruffles!
This loosely structured drapey wonder was my favourite look the entire showcase. Admittedly, because I lack the lank, I'd probably look like Cinderella in maid mode in this dress. :)

And that wrapped up the preview! In my opinion, the looks were consistently fresh, albeit some times they had cuts that were a just a tad boring. One thing that always struck a nod in my books though, were the shoes! Drool! What do you think of BCBG's SS09 collection?
