TONI&GUY Collection 2010 is bringing the deep, continuous and integral connection between hair and fashion. Named INTERACTIVE, this particular collection of looks is tailored for individuality, inspired by innovation and creativity of the trendy world of fashion.

The launch of the 2010 collection was held at their KL salon at Patent House, Bukit Bintang. The event showcased some avant garde looks and edgy wearable styles. The models were also wearing designs by Giles Deacon.

This particular look caught everybody’s eyes that day and personally reminded me of a cross between couture runway model ala Japanese samurai fighter and a praying mantis.

As London Fashion Week’s Official Haircare Sponsor, fashion is definitely the key influence for the 8 edgy looks on the collection. TONI&GUY also aims to translate catwalk to street, making runway inspired wearable for everyday use! With 11 British Hairdressing Award wins, TONI&GUY really went bold for this collection – enough to attract the attention of the whole crowd.

This look is personally my favourite – the different shades of colour and the volume messy hair is going to be my next hair experiment!

Brainchild of TONI&GUY, Essensuals Hairdressing have also come up with their 2010 Collection comprising of four wearable but strong looks and is “All About You”. This collection aims to bring out the experimental stylista in you – bringing out your personality and introducing something different into your usual preference!

These looks are definitely more accessible for people like me, who hesitate in hair change.
