A few weeks ago, I was invited to a private fashion show for the launch of the brand STRUT at Attica, Shanghai. The show was an instant success with buyers and fashionistas, everyone was trying to get their hands on the sample pieces after the fashion show!
STRUT was started in Singapore in October 2007 by designer Ana Liew. STRUT’s philosophies are “fabulous, babelicious and stylish confidence”. The dresses are sexy, comfortable and eye catching. Loud prints and contrasting colours are used in the design of the dresses which makes one stand out in a crowd. I particularly like their design because it can be worn on any occasion, be it dressed up or down.
Other pleasing factors about the dresses are that no dry cleaning is required, and most are stretchable with no zips or buttons. Since the dresses are made in Singapore and are limited here in Shanghai, you can be assured of exclusivity. What else can a girl ask for? Maybe shoes and a bag to match, that would be fabulous.
