I was strolling around High Street and came to a halt when I laid my eyes on a boutique with mannequins beautifully donned in immaculate dresses. I stepped into the store and in a very brief moment, fell in love with Kate Sylvester.
One of the many noteworthy independent designers we have here in New Zealand, Kate Sylvester’s designs are eclectic yet sophisticated and very wearable. Acquiring inspiration from things she loves such as Swan Lake, black flowers, black swans, painter Mark Ryder, Johnny Rotton, Royal New Zealand Ballet, Royalist, AK 79 and many more; her stores in Auckland reflect her poised and graceful image.
