KAO ASIENCE Hair Diagnosis Event

It was certainly informative- to finally get in depth with my current hair condition as it went along.

I started my mini “hair check up session” by checking some boxes in regards to my hair (like the hair length and how frequent I wash my hair in a week).

After that I was ushered to a booth to start the consultation session.

Jenny (my hair consultant for the day) began the session by measuring my hair thickness using this cool gadget.

Jenny shared informations about the Asian hair which is averagely 1.5 times thicker than the Caucasian hair.

The screen shows the average of the diameter which is 76μm (microns) for Asians and 52μm for Caucasians and the result for mine was 89μm! Which means, good news! and that my hair is thick, bouncy and healthy!

Next was checking the internal structure of my hair to see if there’s any damages by using a high-powered microscope. So the bottom line to healthy hair is to have as little hollows as possible. My results were, a few! haha!

By using ASIENCE- it will increase the density inside your hair which not only fills the hollow areas but also plumping up the protein of your hair fibre.

Jenny then took a strand of my hair to check the shape of my hair.

I was given a snapshot of the results of my hair condition which concluded the “check up”. After which I felt relieved and happy that my hair is still in good* condition even with my constant chemical romance aka hair dye-ing.
