I was recently invited to attend and try out the new workout conceptualized by Reebok and Cirque du Soleil. Unfortunately, the event was in Klang, and I got lost for 3 hours instead. So I do apologize for not being able to provide first-hand experience reporting.

The event was supposed to officially launch their new workout, Jukari Fit to Fly in Malaysia. It’s an hour-long session that is designed around a piece of equipment called the FlySet (the same one Mischa Barton is leaning on to fix her hair :p).

The workout provides strengthening and lengthening via various stretching, balancing and core training. And like Shanae Grimes depicts, it’s fun too!

It also gives you the sensation of flying as a form of cardio! Check out Audrina Patridge’s control!

Jaime King is on to the fun too. It seems to me Jukari’s like the new Pilates in Hollywood – all these celebs are totally going for it. And now we can too, at Clark Hatch, Centro Mall to be precise. Call +603-3344 0171 for more information.

To complement Jukari Fit to Fly, Reebok is releasing two collections of fitness apparel and footwear called On the Move and Reebok-Cirque du Soleil. So you can look good, while you work hard to feel good.

The range of clothes are developed with a deep understanding of the way a woman’s body works and moves, and is suitable for any fitness discipline. So don’t feel obliged to just use them for Jukari, you can use them for yoga and running too!

In fact, don’t just limit them to the gym place at all! I’d totally mix and match some of these pieces into my everyday wardrobe
