It’s no secret that Berjaya Times Square isn’t the prime spot for retail therapy in Kuala Lumpur, so it’s no surprise when we heard the Aldo store there is closing down. What did surprise us were the news that they’re having a clearance sale, instead of shipping the items to other outlets.
Scrambling ensued, and three of us were in the store within an hour. Our fellow colleagues decided to stay back to hold down the fort (read: avoid temptation).
Almost all the bags are being sold at 50% off normal price and they still had a number of new bags in the store for each style, so you don’t even have to settle for display items!

It doesn’t just include that shelf of bags, 50% off for all the bags…

Clutches included…

All shoes are going for 50% off or more and sizes are understandably limited.

As for men’s items? Yes, they’re all on sale as well..

Last pair of glazed red elevated peep toe pumps, size 37, around RM130. They’ll still be there if you’re lucky.
Behind them are black flats that remind me of Tory Burch’s (but not as nice of course!) going for RM90.

Silk scarves going for RM23 each.
We emerged from the store with bags, scarves, necklaces, belts and shoes. I’m proud to announce my shoe count only amounted to one pair.

Original price: RM612.
Bought at 50% discount.
Score.
With the multitude of items I selected to try on or purchase, I befriended one of the store assistants and asked him when the sale was until. “Till stock finishes,” he answered. Heard that? Now fly my little ones, fly to the land of temptation.
